Anne-yolande Bilala

Anne-yolande Bilala has held several marketing positions in the U.S., France, New Zealand and Australia for more than 10 years. Her expertise includes strategic management, international business and international law. Ms. Bilala has roots in Africa and comes from a family in the medical sector. As a result, helping others has been a pledge since her childhood. Over the years she has become a passionate philanthropist particularly towards public health and gender development. She even worked at an institution for mentally disabled individuals for several years.

Ms. Bilala holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from EcoleSupérieure de Commerce de Rouen, France. She also holds an MBA and a certificate in International Development Project Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Monterey California. She recently completed her Master's studies in Law in International Security & Defense and her diploma in nuclear law. Ms. Bilala also contributes to magazines with reference to international affairs.

Taoule Konate

Originally from West Africa , Taoule Konate spent most of his childhood in France before settling in the U.S. He has extensively traveled throughout Europe, Africabut also South America to countries like Mexico and Brazil both for leisure and while working at Europe Assistance, an international medical insurance company.

Taoule Konate has worked for 10 years for Europ Assistance as an Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager. While using three international languages (English, French, and Spanish), he has developed an expertise in: financial insurance and healthcare services management; third party contract administration and coordination of benefits (C.O.B); and contract interpretation and management. Taoule Konate's other areas of specialization are Customer Relations Management (CRM), portfolio and project management, project monitoring expenditure and cost control and forecasting.

Mr. Konate has been working in the accounting and financial industry on government contracts such has Internal Revenue Services (IRS) and the Department of Defense (D.O.D.) for the past six years. Taoule Konate has a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland (USA) in Marketing, Finance and Management.

Dr. Guy Bilala

Dr. Guy Bilala is the appointed Program Director and Medical Advisor for Esengo Global. In this capacity, Dr. Bilala provides tactical and strategic inputs, and medical expertise. He has over 30 years of experience as a registered General Practionner with the French Medical Council. Dr. Bilala provides medical services at hospitals, medical centers and private practice. He is also one of the founders of "SOS Médecins Caen", an emergency and ongoing care network in Caen. Dr. Guy Bilala received his medical degree from the University of Paris 13.
